Club Exhilaration is comprised of dedicated experienced fitness professionals ready to help you meet your fitness goals!

CARMEL - CO-OWNER

Carmel is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist and author of Yesterday You Said Tomorrow, Make it Happen Today! Living a Healthy Lifestyle for Beginners.  She is Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  She is also a Certified Turbo Kick Instructor, a Team Beach Body Coach, a Licensed Counselor  and Co-Owner of Club Exhilaration.  Carmel believes when an individual is healthy spiritually, emotionally/mentally, and physically  their quality of life is improved and everyone around them benefits from such congruence.

RODNEY  - CO-OWNER

Rodney is a Certified Insanity Fitness Instrictor, a Team Beachbody Coach, and Co-Owner of Club Exhilaration Fitness Cener.  Rodney has had an amazing fitness journey and totally transformed his body after deciding he wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. Rodney has trained with celebrity trainers like Shaun T, creator of Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, and T25 and Tony Horton, creator of P90X.   

CASEY - YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Casey is an amazing instructor and you will absolutely LOVE her!! Come party with her every Tuesday night at 5:30 pm. We are honored and excited to have Casey as part of the team!

HILARY - TURBO KICK INSTRUCTOR

Hilary is a Certified Turbo Kick Instructor and Team Beachbody Coach.  She has trained with celebrity trainers like Chalene Johnson, Creator of Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam, Shaun T, creator of Insanity , Hip Hop Abs, and T25, Tony Horton and more. 

ANDRE - TRAINER

Andre currently serves in the U.S. Army and a Personal Trainer at Club Exhilaration Fitness Center.  Andre has run several 5k, 10k, and half marathon races.  He specializes in Circuit Training and Strength Training. Whether you want to torch fat, get conditioned for an upcoming sporting event or season, or build muscle Andre is your guy.

LYNNE - TRAINER

Lynn is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who loves weight lifting and yoga.  She is also an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. 

FRAZIER - TRAINER

Frazier is a Personal trainer and healthy lifestyle coach who believes daily training paired with well-rounded nutrition, and a great support system equals success. He is known for getting results!  If you are looking for a body transformation Frazier will get you there.  Frazier is a Team Beachbody coach and offers one on one training in the gym, and home fitness programs for clients who can’t make it to the gym regularly.  Frazier’s fitness programs come with meal plans, online support, and ongoing coaching.

KEVIN- TRAINER

Elite Athlete, Fitness Trainer, and Creator/Owner of The Grind Athletic and Fitness training Company. Kevin has an impressive athletic resume consisting of All-State Football athlete, All-State Track and Field, Big Ten Scholar Athlete, and more.  Kevin played high school sports and earned a Football scholarship which lead to his education in Sports Management, Physical Education, and Secondary Education at University of Illinois and Eastern Illinois Universities. Kevin specializes in helping young athletes become more competitive in their sport of choice, and helping clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their fitness goals.
